Just download and copy and paste the relevant files into your Skyrim install folder and make sure not to modify the load order in any way, then start the game and load it from the save labeled Ragnar.
The Modpack itself is relatively easy to install. The mod is originally Russian but has been translated to English - just take it in stride if you find the occasional misspelling.

Skyrim is still such a force thanks to Mod Fever, a phenomenon that catches even the experienced gamer and causes them to spend four to six hours searching for mods, installing mods, crying because mods don’t work, and eventually finally playing about two hours of Skyrim before you find something in the game that makes you want to go look for more mods. Skyrim shouts the names of adventurers and gamers from across the globe and eventually we always come back, and there’s always a good reason. It doesn’t matter how long the game sits in your library, it doesn’t matter how long you spent last month modding the mountain world so dragons look like Thomas the Tank Engine, it doesn’t even matter if they try and charge money for the mods. Skyrim is one of those games that just drags you back in, like someone tied you to a Horker high on a bucket of Skooma.
